Fair, transparent giveaway draws
The giveaway picker chooses random winners for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or newsletter giveaways. Paste a list of entrants – or paste comments straight from your post, and the picker pulls out each commenter’s @username. Duplicate entries can be merged so everyone gets one chance, and you can exclude your own account or team members.
After the draw you get a proof certificate: the giveaway name, the exact date and time, the number of entries and unique participants, the winners and alternates, and a fingerprint of the entry list. Save it as an image or copy the summary to show your audience that the draw was fair.
Winners are chosen with your browser’s cryptographically secure random generator. Your entries are never uploaded.
How to use
- Give your giveaway a name (it appears on the certificate).
- Choose One entry per line or Pasted comments, then paste your list.
- Set the number of winners and alternates (backup winners).
- Keep one entry per person on to merge duplicates, and add any excluded accounts.
- Press Draw winners, then Save as image or Copy summary to share the proof.
Ideas for using it
- Instagram giveaways. copy the comments from your post (or export them), paste and draw.
- YouTube and Twitch. draw a winner live on stream from chat entries.
- Newsletter and shop promotions. paste subscriber names or order numbers.
- Events and raffles. draw several prizes with alternates in case a winner doesn’t respond.
What the proof certificate shows
The certificate records when the draw happened (local time and UTC), how many lines you pasted, how many valid and unique entries there were, and who won. The fingerprint is a short code calculated from the exact entry list (SHA-256). If you keep a copy of your list, anyone can confirm that the same list produces the same fingerprint – a simple way to show the list wasn’t changed after the draw.
Checking whether winners follow your account or liked the post still has to be done manually: platforms don’t share that data with third-party tools. Always follow the platform’s promotion rules and local laws for giveaways.
